Learning at Coperion K-Tron
Coperion K-Tron promotes life-long learning and encourages its employees to establish annual training objectives. Following are some of the training opportunities that Coperion K-Tron supports.
Coperion K-Tron Institute: The Institute is a Division of the Company, established in 1987, devoted to providing educational activities and opportunities to all employees and customers. Customer training and employee/customer relations programs are also regularly conducted by the Institute to help familiarize you with our customer base and their end products.
Tuition Reimbursement: Coperion K-Tron provides its employees with tuition reimbursement for job-related courses of study. Reimbursement is $3,000 per year and includes the cost of books and related materials when a grade of “C” or better is achieved.
Seminars and Workshops
Coperion K-Tron also supports employee attendance at work related seminars and workshops and pays registration fees for such activities.
